Allow yourself the grace of more than one hour to participate fully, giving time for the energy invoked to precipitate and to meditate in the silence of the energies invoked.
Being immersed in the Full Moon energies at the exact time allows for the most direct impact and potent reception of energy. Engaging subjectively with a world wide group in simultaneous meditation is a potent form of high magic. The space-time of the 12 hours before and 12 hours after the exact moment of the FM are deemed to be the ‘holding hour’. In a state of deep inner focus, reverence and oneness we step into non-local Kairos time — “free from the world of illusion". The Angels tasked with 'holding the energy field' during the full moon periods support all who consciously participate to come into resonance with the unified field of the Great Ones. If you know who your Master is, link with Him (Her) during these meditations; if you do not, link with the Christ.
The Full Moon ceremonial ritual that follows is a “living ritual” designed to come en rapport with the energies of the Living Lights and Lives found in the Great Chain of Being. We progressively enter into a vast inner world order of refined energy, as veil after veil drops away — imaginatively at first, and in due time, in truth and in fact we come en rapport with the high Beings Who oversee and participate in Humanity’s progress.
A seasoned ritual meditator may choose to adapt what is presented here yet work in sequence with the major themes and flow. That said, a “living ritual” when repeated by seasoned participants gains increasing potency through rhythmic use allowing for greater ease of entry as vibrational doors open to the sacred. The Soul Star Group is a dedicated group of Souls working as a Heart Chalice for the inflow and release of higher energy pouring through the sacred Heart of the Christ and His Disciples— the Masters of Love-Wisdom. The gathered energies are then distributed as “gift waves” from the great Ones. One can readily sense the living power as we cooperatively participate in “giving” that which has been Contacted.
Angels love participating in organized ritual, and work rhythmically with cycles — such as the rising and setting of the sun and the in-between times of dusk, twilight, and night. They work with new and full moon periods, the zodiacal seasons round the year, and participate when called in the rituals of humanity and the sacred seasons of our lives. Building Angels reverently respond to this form of high magic manifesting the Plan of God – when summoned, they come in joyous participation and cooperation with us.

"CONTACT, REGISTRATION AND SAFEGUARDING"
Solar Full Moon rituals are part of the emerging “New World” religion presenting a beginning framework for the ‘rituals of the new age’. It is both a privilege and sacred opportunity to consciously participate with the great Lives of a vast inner world order where the whole is seen as One. It is also a sacred opportunity to be of service through rhythmic Group Approaches to Divinity using new modes of Invocation and Evocation to those high Beings and energies with Whom we share responsibility for unfolding the Soul of Humanity through conscious Contact.
Regardless of what we are ‘doing outwardly' in the world of form, when in the discipline of holding an interior Soul focus during these periods, intent upon making contact with the "Lives and living energies" intent to make contact with Humanity, we are participating in a planned spiritual service through our Group Approach to Divinity on behalf of Humanity.
All who are called to participate have committed to an inner “soul-imperative” to organize our lives such that we are found participating in the rituals of the life of Sanat Kumara – the Lord of the World, in Whose Life we live, move, breathe and have our being – of Whom The Christ is a living Disciple. All who aspire to tread the path of Discipleship and Initiation are drawn and "set apart" for such disciplines that shall eventually bring us to the feet of the Master and those high spheres of daily Living ~ named "high powered Livingness".
In the meantime, let us serve with joy in our hearts, light in our minds and wisdom through all our actions and relations as we continue “walking the Lighted Way”.
The Soul is group conscious, therefore, we work “identified as a group” in group awareness of increasing wholes.

"This is the great star of initiation because our Hierarchy (an expression of the second aspect of divinity - Love Wisdom) is under the supervision or spiritual magnetic control of the Hierarchy of Sirius. These are the major controlling influences whereby the cosmic Christ works upon the Christ principle in the solar system, in the planet, in man and in the lower forms of life expression. It is esoterically called the "brilliant star of sensitivity." (EA, 197)
The "Sirian influence was not recognised, and little of it was definitely focused in the Hierarchy, until Christ came and revealed the love of God to humanity. He is the expression, par excellence, of a Sirian initiation, and it is to that high place He will eventually go— " (R&I, 415)
“The evolutionary force to which we give the name "the Christ consciousness" (a term largely used by the metaphysical groups in the world today) focused itself in the person of the Christ in a manner hitherto unknown. This is the potency, latent in every human heart which was described by St. Paul as "Christ in you, the hope of glory" (Col. I.27) and is that which, under evolutionary law, brings a man eventually into the Kingdom of God and "unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ." (Eph. IV.13.) Of this potency and glory, Christ has ever been the symbol.

HIERARCHY, Vs 227: “The vitality of all origins is affirmed by the fiery principle of Hierarchy. Only the principle of the Highest Hierarchy affords balance and striving to each affirmation. Therefore, in establishing cosmic principles the main impulse is the Chain of Hierarchy. The creativeness of humanity depends upon these affirmations, and only adherence to the Highest Chain affords the necessary force. Thus, each chain is a link of a greater chain, and the might of this Chain reigns in Cosmos. Hence evolution intensifies each smaller chain, linking it in the great, limitless Chain of Hierarchy. Thus the Might of the fiery Hierarchy soars high. Yes!…”

I. PREPARATION and ATTUNEMENT for ENTERING the SOUL FIELD
"Properly prepared we must always be".
Prepare a sacred Space of purity, beauty and light. Now is the time to symbolically increase the light — by lighting candles ... infusing the atmosphere with sacred aromas ... suffusing your sacred space with sound — all to connect you with the Angels who work in harmony with ritual ceremony.
Aside from these outer form actions, what is most important is to clear our minds, open our hearts and raise our inner vibration to properly prepare for the graded inner attunements with the Soul incarnated in our forms. Our expectation, with faith in the response, is to step into vibrational resonance with the great Lights — the Holy Ones, the Great Ones — with Whom we inwardly attune and aspire. As we approach Them, They approach us.

Our group prayer intention is for "True Soul" contact, hierarchical impression and True Soul inspiration.
May our unified Group Approach to Divinity reach the Heart of the Great Ones, and the Lighted Way of the Soul lead us from darkness to Light to Reality.
May the Love burning in our hearts serve as a bridge of Holy Fire for the Fire of Divine Love pouring forth from the Heart of the Sun, “The Son of Divine Love", to the Heart and Soul of Humanity and to All upon the Earth in the great Cosmic descent of Being.
May we learn to Live from the Source and Truth of our Being as has been ordained from the Beginning, whilst meeting the True needs of our times;
May the unfolding Soul of Humanity and the Souls of all Nations be unified in their Vision, giving all that is needed to fulfill the Laws of the Soul and the Plan for Humanity and all Earth’s Kingdoms — making sacred the Earth in fulfillment of the Plan of the Solar Lord;
May the guiding Light and Love of the Coming One "reveal divinity on every hand in every form" leading All to their final victory over death. As we learn to Love All and Give All — we walk in the Freedom field of Sirius that is the Way of the Christ — liberated from the fetters of the lower worlds, lifting and saving in persevering devotion.

In the moments that follow, pause to register this cosmic stream of descent as a Holy Communion of Spirit, Soul and Matter — the Divine Triplicity …
Now, as Universal energies pour through the Solar System, they heighten the etheric fields with radiant Light, with pure inclusive Love and the Fires of Holy Will.

As this ritual meditation ceremony continues, let us remember and be affirmed of the purpose of our gathering which is — to invoke, contact and receive in the Chalice of the Group Heart the divine energy from on high … thence its dissemination for the redemption of Humanity and all the Kingdoms for “outwardly becoming” a sacred Earth (that is presently inwardly sacred).

In this phase of the ritual we focus our awareness on the presiding Angels, great and small, gathered to participate in the Solar Full Moon ritual ceremony of invocation and evocation of the Great Ones.
We cooperate by inwardly invoking and bidding Them welcome for conscious participation with us. Let us keep in mind that some Angelic Beings are so great in spiritual stature that we cannot truly invoke Them, though they come of their own accord to participate. Let us be open to the legionary ordered ranks who are part of the Great Mother’s outpouring bringing their gifts in service of the Plan of God and the Father/Mother of our Earth, and the Lord of Love through Whom all the inner planes of Divinity are expressing.
Let us approach them in true Humility whilst being aware of our own Essential Divinity as we extend to them a ray of loving. cooperative Welcome.

IV. PREPARATION for the INVOCATION of the CHRIST and MASTERS OF LOVE-WISDOM; LIFTING and PARTING of the VEILS the THIRD
The objective of the planned precipitation of the “light supernal” is to "bring about illumination and the establishment of order upon the Earth". The giving out of the Great Invocation to humanity was the first step. (DNA-II, 426)
"The second step will be the reappearance of the Great Lord, Who will act as the lens through which the light can be focused and adapted to human need.”
