Solar Full Moon rituals are part of the emerging “New World” Religion. It is a privilege and sacred opportunity to consciously participate with the great Lives of a vast inner world order where the whole is seen as One. Through these rhythmic cycles of group approach for invocation and evocation of the spiritual Hierarchy, high Beings and energies pouring through Them of which we are a part, we are participating in and laying down the framework for the rituals of the new age and “new world” religion.
Regardless of what we are ‘doing outwardly' in the world, in the discipline of holding an interior Soul focus during these periods, intent upon making contact with the "living energies and Lives" pouring through the Solar System to the Earth and Her Centers, we are participants of a planned spiritual service and group approach to Divinity.
All who are called to participate have committed to an inner “soul-imperative” to organize our lives such that we are found participating in the rituals of the greater life of Sanat Kumara – the Lord of the World in Whose Life we live, move, breathe and have our being – of Whom The Christ is but a humble Disciple, the Cosmic Christos-Sophia (Father Mother God) informing this universe, and the greater Life and Lives of the “One About Whom Naught May Be Said”. All who aspire to tread the path of Discipleship and Initiation are drawn and "set apart" for the disciplines that eventually bring us to the feet of “the Master” and the higher spheres of Living ~ of "high powered Livingness". In the meantime, let us serve with love and joy in our hearts and light in our minds.

Allow yourself the grace of one hour or more (1 1/2 hours) to participate in the following Full Moon ritual ceremony of Invocation and Evocation as written. If you wish not to engage in the whole of this ritual ceremony to best meet your needs, this is perfectly OK.
Being immersed in the Full Moon energies just before and after the exact moment allows for the greatest direct impact, Contact and reception of spiritual energies in their fullest potency. However, the space-time of 12 hours before and after the exact moment of the FM is considered “the holding hour" in accord with “Kairos time” (superseding chronological “chronos time”). When in a state of high awareness, oneness and reverence, we can be free of time and space in “the world of illusion". Angels tasked with 'holding the energy field' during the Full Moon period can assist us to come into resonance with the sacred "luminaries" and to register and receive the energies and divine potencies of these solar planetary events flowing through the macrocosm and microcosm. That said, being with a world wide group, inner and outer, in simultaneous meditation is best.
The Soul is group conscious, therefore we work as a group in group consciousness. Let us begin.

I. PREPARATION AND ATTUNEMENT FOR ENTERING THE SOUL FIELD
Prepare a sacred Space … of beauty, purity and light. If you choose, now is the time to light your candles ... infuse the atmosphere with sacred aromas ... suffuse your space with sacred sound — all of which attract the Angels who harmonize with these vibrations and participate.
Above all, clear your mind and raise your inner vibration by first attuning with the Soul — "Properly prepared we must always be" thereby stepping into vibrational resonance with the Lighted Ones …. the Holy Ones … the Great Ones — Those Who have mastered the lower world and transcended them.

ORIENTING THOUGHTs
“CANCER — The Light within the form.”
“This is the diffused light of substance itself, the "dark light" of matter, referred to in The Secret Doctrine. It is the light awaiting the stimulation coming from the light of the soul.”
The Key Word of the Soul ~
“In the Words given for this sign, the Word of the soul indicates the objective of the Cancer experience and the purpose for which incarnation has been taken: "I build a lighted house and therein dwell."
For the Disciple/Initiate: “The Whole is Seen as One.”
“The building of adequate forms and the use and control of form are essential if there is to be wise and right cooperation with the Plan of God.” (EA, 341)
Beginning with Cancer, “nine signs carry a man from the stage of imprisonment in form to the freedom of the kingdom of God, from the state of embryonic consciousness to the full flower of divine knowledge, from the condition of human awareness to the conscious wisdom of the initiated disciple …”. “One of the symbols of an initiate of a certain degree is that of the five-pointed star with a triangle in the centre; this is a reference to the energy of the watery triangle [Cancer, Scorpio, Pisces] … and to the fivefold linking which has been established in the consciousness of the initiate.” (EA, 320)
Cancer is one of four cardinal signs. "There are two words also which convey the purpose and intent of expression upon the Cardinal Cross. They give the reason why the two "Doors of the Zodiac" open wide to the impulse and demand of the divine Spirit. One is the word "self-preservation" which leads to the impulse to incarnate in Cancer, which is the Door to the physical plane expression of spirit. This impulse (when the form is the prime object of the attention of the soul and that with which it primarily identifies itself) brings about the stage of static concretion in the earth sign Capricorn. The other word is "immortality" which is the divine aspect of self-preservation; it is the major conditioning factor in the creative process and leads to the whole revelation of evolution, to the recurrent appearance of life in form, and to the revelation of life in form. In Capricorn, at the third initiation, this life aspect assumes primary importance. " (EA 316)
Cancer is “a place of symbolic imprisonment and emphasises the pains and penalties of wrong orientation. It is the conflict of the soul with its environment—consciously or unconsciously carried on—which leads to the penalties of incarnation and which provides those conditions of suffering which the soul has willingly undertaken when—with open eyes and clear vision—the soul chose the path of earth life with all its consequent sacrifices and pains, in order to salvage the lives with which it had an affinity.” (EA, 342)
“This sign can carry deep meaning to all. You are in process of incarnation; you are following your chosen way. Is the house you are building, yet lit? Is it a lighted house, or is it a dark prison? If it is a lighted house, you will attract to its light and warmth all who are around you and the magnetic pull of your soul, whose nature is light and love, will save many.” If it is a dark prison, “isolation, loneliness and separation in the dark night” will be experienced. Yet, this is “all part of the Great Illusion”. It is, however, an illusion into which the whole of humanity is now precipitated in preparation for unity, freedom and release. Some are lost in the illusion and know not what is reality and truth. Others walk free ‘in the world of illusion’ for the purposes of saving and lifting their brothers, and if you cannot do this, you will have to learn so to walk.” (EA, 343)
“ … it is not desire which prompts return [reincarnation], but will and knowledge of the plan. It is not the need for achieving an ultimate perfection which goads the ego on to experience in form, for the ego [the Ego as the Soul] is already perfect. The main incentive is sacrifice and service to those lesser lives that are dependent upon the higher inspiration (which the spiritual soul can give) and the determination that they too may attain planetary status equivalent to that of the sacrificing soul. It is in order eventually to negate the space-time concept and to prove it an illusion that the door in Cancer opens to the sacrificing, serving soul. Bear this always in mind as you study the subject of rebirth.” (EA, 324)
“Rebirth and reincarnation are misleading terms … "Cyclic impulsion," "intelligent purposeful repetition" and "conscious in-breathing and out-breathing" would describe more accurately this cosmic process.” Identify therefore “with the One Who thus breathes—the planetary Logos …”
Walking Free in the World of Illusion: "The unveiled Neptune relates Cancer to no other constellation or sign, and this fact is of very great importance, because it indicates the fact that when a man is an initiate, he does not react to ordinary feeling, sentiment or to personality relations as they express themselves in pleasure or pain. All these are surmounted and eventually the watery life of emotional reaction is superseded by the life of true and of inclusive love. Soul control esoterically "obliterates" the Moon [our lower nature immersed in form] and all traces of [lower] Neptunian life. The initiate is no longer ruled by the Mother of Forms or by the God of the Waters. When the "waters break and are carried away," the Mother gives birth to the Son and that individual spiritual entity then stands free. I would ask you to ponder upon this point. (EA, 322/3)

OUR GROUP PRAYER INTENTION
Our group "prayer intention" is for "True Soul" contact, impression and inspiration. May our unified group approach to Divinity reach the living spheres of the Great Ones for Their inspiration to flow through us.
May we, together with the Great Ones, the One called the Christ and the God of this Earth, serve as a bridge of pure solar fire pouring forth from “the Heart of the Sun — the Son of Divine Love” to and through all the Kingdoms of Earth for the redemption of the prisoners of the planet and their full flowering in true and lasting freedom;
In the great Cosmic descent of Being, may our unified Group Approach to Divinity act as a Group Chalice of Divinity receiving all that is needed for true spiritual progress, and may these universal energies sweep through the Heart and Life of Humanity as "Divine Love pours through the Heart of every atom” lifting all unto a higher sphere of daily living.
May the sacred Way of the Soul move us fast and firm upon the Way of Truth, Love and creative manifestation. May the Lighted Way of the Soul quicken all who struggle to find the true Way leading all from unconscious death to conscious Immortality.
May the Lighted Way of the Soul guide our every thought, infuse all our hearts, and direct all our ways upon the earth — every day in every way; may we learn to Live from the Source and Truth of our Being as has been ordained from the beginning, learning to Love All, Give All and serve All until release unto true Freedom is known and reigns.
May the guiding Light and Love of the Coming One "reveal divinity on every hand in every form" leading All to their final victory over death into true Liberation from the fetters of the lower worlds.

III. INVOCATION OF THE ANGELS
We shall now focus our awareness on the great presiding Angels gathered to participate in the Solar Full Moon ritual ceremony of invocation and evocation of the Great Ones. We cooperate with them by inwardly invoking and bidding Them welcome for conscious participation with us. Some Angelic Beings are so great in stature that we cannot invoke Those who participate of their own accord. Let us therefore be open to Them in their magnificent outpourings, serving the Lord of Love in their ordered ranks and the great Luminaries on the inner Planes of Divinity. In every case, we should approach them in Humility whilst aware of our own Essential Divinity as we extend them a ray of Light from the Heart.

(DNA-II, 426) The objective of the planned precipitation of the “light supernal” is to "bring about illumination and the establishment of order upon the Earth". The giving out of the Great Invocation to humanity was the first step.

In the period of time now remaining leading up to the Full Moon moment, let us move deeper in readiness to meet and stand within the Solar Fire energies of CANCER / CAPRICORN pouring through the Solar System, and our Earth.
CONTEMPLATING DEEPLY IN THE SOLAR FULL MOON ENERGIES OF CANCER, our minds and hearts poised in readiness to meet and receive the energies flowing through the Universe … and Earth’s major Centers of Shambhala, Hierarchy, and Humanity.
"Into the light we move, beckoned thereto by thee. Up from the earth we spring and into the ocean of light we plunge.
Out of the dark we come, driven thereto by the SOUL of all.
Together we come. Together we move, guided and led by the soul we serve and by thee, the Master we know.
The Master within and the Master without are One. That One are we. The One is all—my soul, thy soul, the Master and the soul of All."

~ Reaching deep into the farthest recesses of memory, we move to remember ~
"THE FORGOTTEN SONG"
“Beyond the body, beyond the sun and stars, past everything you see and yet somehow familiar, is an arc of golden light that stretches as you look into a great and shining circle.
And all the circle fills with light before your eyes.
The edges of the circle disappear, and what is in it is no longer contained at all.
The light expands and covers everything, extending to infinity forever shining and with no break or limit anywhere. Within it everything is joined in perfect continuity.
Nor is it possible to imagine that anything could be outside, for there is nowhere that this Light is not.
This is the Vision of the Son of God, whom you know well. Here is the sight … Who knows His Father.
Here is the memory of What you are; a part of this, with all of it within, and joined to all as surely as all is joined in you.
Accept the Vision That can show you This, and not the body.
You know the ancient Song, and know it well. Nothing will ever be as dear to you as is this ancient hymn of Love the Son of God sings to his Father still.
And now the blind can see, for that same song they sing in honor of their Creator gives praise to them as well. The blindness that they made will not withstand the memory of this Song.
And they will look upon the vision of the Son of God, remembering Who He Is they sing Of.
What is a Miracle but this remembering? And who is there in whom this memory lies not?
The Light in one awakens It in All. And when you see It in your brother, you remember for everyone."

Full Moon Moment — CONTACT AND Reception

In the Light of Cancer we await Contact and ensuing transmission... whilst holding in mind the mantric phrase ~
“I BUILD A LIGHTED HOUSE”
and for Disciples and Initiates:
"THE WHOLE IS SEEN AS ONE"

CONTEMPLATING DEEPLY IN THE FULL MOON ENERGY, poised in readiness to meet and receive the energies flowing through the Universe … to our Earth and conscious World Centers — Shambhala, spiritual Hierarchy, and Humanity ... Remain linked Soul to Soul with your Master and/or The Christ.
With 'INVOCATORY EXPECTANCY' — remain in sacred SILENCE (fifteen to thirty minutes or more if desired) leading to the Full Moon moment and after.
Open to the inflow of a greater Light ... a greater Love ... a greater Holy Will
In meditation deep, we stand in the Holy down-flow — to be "Fulfilled" is to “Be filled full" with the Love of the Logos — God as Mother pouring through the Solar System — The Light of Substance Itself.
IN THE SILENCE, BE NOW a recipient channel allowing the energies to continue flowing through the group life …

REMEMBER the Period of Safeguarding:
IMMERSED in the rarified solar fire energy of Cancer/Capricorn ... we make Contact, re-incarnating the “Breath of Life” into our lighted forms — our Lighted Houses.
Humanity is seen as one whole — “The Whole Is Seen As One" — an intermediary between the higher Kingdom of Souls and the Kingdoms below.
Let each and all Be a channel of reception receiving, anchoring and expressing solar fire energy of "Cancer/Capricorn".
We Are Renewed on this Day — Every Full Moon period is New in the life of the Planetary Logos. Therefore, it is a new day for us ... for all Beings ... and all Groups serving the Plan of God ... again and again every human fractal is born anew until his creation is like unto the Image of the One Life whence He came.
Confirm the new coursing through you. Be cognizant of the new, be impressed, be mindful of new insights.
Let us now SAFEGUARD the energy contacted for 12 - 24 hours, giving time for integration, to be followed by Distribution — Giving that which was received (in the days of Distribution that follow).

Safeguard this day of Contact. Preserving an inner silence … listening to ‘impressions’ today and in the "distribution" days that follow as new energy flows throughout the system, macro and micro. As intuitions 'fall into' the heart mind and etheric system, as new awareness arises through the “system” (of the Monad-In-Extension - the person on the ground), we move into a larger whole.
In the 24 hour period of the Full Moon, remain subjectively in the "Silence of the Soul" (regardless of necessary outer activity or movement). Today, we safeguard the energies received through Contact, for fuller Registration and later Distribution.
